David A. Nesbett

David A. Nesbett, a third-generation Alaskan, focuses on commercial disputes, criminal defense, and general litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of matters. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Nesbett was an associate in the business litigation practice of the law firm Jermain, Dunnagan & Owens, PC, and prior to that an associate in the trial practice group of the international law firm of Dorsey & Whitney, LLP. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nesbett was a criminal prosecutor with experience prosecuting in both state and federal courts. After law school, Mr. Nesbett clerked for two years with U.S. District Judge H. Russel Holland. Mr. Nesbett is a licensed private pilot and enjoys flying with his family in the Alaskan outdoors.
