david a. nesbett

David A. Nesbett, a third-generation Alaskan, focuses on white collar and federal criminal defense, and serves as general counsel for local businesses. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Nesbett was an associate in the business litigation practice of the law firm Jermain, Dunnagan & Owens, PC, and prior to that an associate in the trial practice group of the international law firm of Dorsey & Whitney, LLP. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nesbett was a criminal prosecutor with experience prosecuting in both state and federal courts. After law school, Mr. Nesbett clerked for two years with U.S. District Judge H. Russel Holland. Mr. Nesbett is a licensed private pilot and enjoys flying with his family in the Alaskan outdoors.
